  • Conservation biology.

Throughout his professional career he has worked as a teacher in various courses and masters for various institutions and companies. He has also carried out research work for the Higher Center for Scientific Research (CSIC) and has authored numerous publications.

He began his professional career at the Doñana Biological Station in 1986. He entered Asistencias Técnicas Clave SL in 1994. Since the beginning he has been responsible for the evacuation project line and environmental planning from his position as Director of the Department of Nature Conservation.

The most outstanding projects in which he has participated are:

  • Draft of the Integrated Strategy for the Conservation and Sustainable Uses of Biological Diversity in Andalusia.
  • Draft Recovery Plan for the Iberian Imperial Eagle in Andalusia.
  • Study, identification and analysis of actions for the enhancement as an environmental resource of the intercontinental migration of birds through the Strait of Gibraltar.
  • First phase of the program of actions for the conservation of the Iberian Imperial Eagle (LIFE): typification and correction of power lines in protected natural areas.
  • Identification, characterization and mapping of the routes and flight corridors of the birds that interact with the electricity transport lines.
  • Environmental impact study of the 200kV Rocío-Aljarafe line.
