Degree in Economic Sciences (General Branch) and Geography, both from the Autonomous University of Bellaterra (Barcelona). He is a planning consultant and works in Arenal Consulting Group and in Key Technical Assistance (www.atclave.es).

In the thirty years of accumulated experience he has advised various international organizations (United Nations, European Commission) to Spanish ministries (Development and Tourism) and governments of other countries (Morocco, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Portugal, Mozambique), governments regional (Andalusia, Basque Country, Castilla y León, Canarias, Extremadura) and other public administrations. At the time he has provided his services as a planning consultant for the definition of company policies and investment plans.

He began his professional activity by combining infrastructure planning with municipal urban planning. Subsequently, he extended his professional field to planning in various subjects, including those that have had the most presence in his professional practice, including environmental planning, land management, urban coastal planning, and especially tourism, an area in which he has Participated in planning processes for new coastal destinations, management and development in protected natural areas, landscape, thematic cars, tourism development plans of municipalities and regions etc ...

In recent years it has had a remarkable dedication to planning and renewable energy projects and territorial development initiatives in large mining projects. He has starred in CSR projects in both subjects with relevant companies in his sector.

He has also participated in various expert groups of regional economic plans, in sustainable development plans in natural areas, in the Horizon 2020 Spanish Tourism Plan and in the Group of Experts on Climate Change and Tourism that advises the Government from Spain.

Participates as a teacher in several master training of experts in social management of habitat, urban regeneration, environment, land management and urban planning and tourism. As a guest professor, he has taught in various courses related to planning.

It has twenty independent publications on topics related to public and private planning applied to specific situations and a dozen articles on theoretical and applied topics in relation to these same subjects.
